Program Outline

Phase I - Preparation
Your journey to a happy belly (and body) starts here. We’ll uncover what the keys are to living a healthier lifestyle, glowing skin and smoother digestion with meals that are delish without relying on fad diets, pills or powders. You’ll see that each one of us thrives on different foods – it’s call bio-individuality. This program will help you uncover what foods make you thrive and what foods leave you feeling sluggish, irritated and bloated. In Phase I you will:

  • Learn the keys to a success mindset and set an intention for the program.
  • Discover the most important system in your body for maintaining a healthy mind and body.
  • Create a foundation for Phases II & III
Phase II - Elimination
During the Elimination Phase, you’ll send your digestive system on a 7-day spa beach retreat. Imagine giving your system a break after all of these years of hard work!  All foods will treat you and your body like a goddess.  This lets your system flush out toxins, rid itself of the built up gunk and ready for new beginnings. In Phase II you will:

Am I Only Going to Be Drinking Juices and Smoothies?

No way! While there are some juices and smoothies for you to choose from, you will also be eating salads, soups, and even desserts that are delicious, nutritious, and that will eliminate toxins in your body in a safe and natural way.

I Don’t Eat Gluten or Dairy. How Can This Program Help Me?

First, all of our recipes are 100% gluten free. I’m a Celiac, so I’m extra careful about this! Second, there is no dairy on the cleanse either since it creates excess mucus and yucky stuff for a lot of people anyways! Many people who eat very “clean” already still have room to empty out the pipes with an elimination diet and take their healthy habits to the next level. Changing up the foods we eat gives our digestion time to rest and reset, which can be helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.

What Sorts of Proteins Will I Be Eating?

You will have the option to eat plant or animal-based proteins, which will be listed out for you in your recipes and suggested meals. There are so many “clean eating protein sources” to choose from you won’t get bored with your options!

Do I need any fancy kitchen equipment?

Definitely not! While I think every kitchen needs a few staples like a Vitamix and a Spiralizer, these recipes can be made using the basics in every home.

What Side Effects Might I Experience?

Some people go through this program and feel nothing but energized, while others may feel tired or light-headed as their bodies eliminate and let go of unnecessary toxins.
